Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Studiv course platform. By using or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service description

  • ·Studiv (hereinafter "the Platform") is operated byFLOW INNOVATIONS LIMITED(FLOW INNOVATIONS LIMITED), providing online course sales and learning services.
  • ·After purchasing a course, you receive a personal license to the course content and can watch it online indefinitely (as long as this platform keeps operating).

2. Account and Access

  • ·After your purchase is complete, we create an account using the email you provided, or link the course to your existing account.
  • ·The account is for the purchaser only and may not be transferred, shared, or lent to third parties.
  • ·You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

3. Refund policy

  • ·To protect the entitlements of both learners and instructors, this platform sets and enforces the following course refund policy. If you need a refund, please read the information below carefully and complete the refund process as required; our support team will help as quickly as possible on business days.
  • ·Standard online courses: within 7 days of purchase and with no paid lesson watched, the full 100% course fee is refundable; requests after 7 days (inclusive) are not eligible for a refund.
  • ·Because we provide a large number of preview videos and free materials before the course starts, and online video courses are generally easy to download and store, under Article 2, Item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act's Guidelines on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Transactions, this qualifies as digital content not provided on a physical medium, or an online service completed upon provision, and therefore falls outside the 7-day inspection period.
  • ·Please note: because of the nature of hands-on coaching courses, refund requests are not accepted after purchase. Refund policies and related entitlements for each course are governed by the course product page. If you have questions, please ask the course's official account.
  • ·The refund amount is based on the actual order amount (the amount the learner actually paid). If the course product page specifies that the value of gifts already provided or activated, administrative service fees, or payment processing or bank fees must be deducted, the calculation follows the product page rules and the actual processing costs.
  • ·Administrative processing fees, bank fees, cross-border transaction fees, payment processing fees, or fixed fees for non-credit-card transactions that arise from a refund are borne by the learner; the actual refund amount may be slightly less than the original purchase amount.
  • ·Refund timing depends on when the request is submitted and on the payment method, and is subject to the processing times of payment processors and banks. Requests submitted by the 15th of a month are sent for refund processing no later than the 25th of that month; requests submitted from the 16th through the end of the month are sent for refund processing no later than the 25th of the following month. The actual posting date still depends on the bank and the payment processor.
  • ·After reviewing the refund policy above, if you still need to request a refund, please add our official LINE account to contact support and provide your order number, registered email, the course you are refunding, and the reason for the refund, so support can verify it.

4. Intellectual Property

  • ·The copyright for all course videos, teaching materials, written content, and code samples on this platform belongs to Studiv.
  • ·You may not reproduce, repost, distribute, sell, or share course content externally in any form.
  • ·Intellectual property rights for third-party tools, services, or trademarks shown in the course belong to their respective owners.

5. Service changes and termination

  • ·The platform reserves the right to update or adjust course content at any time to keep it timely and accurate.
  • ·If this platform terminates service for any reason, we will notify users 30 days in advance and help them back up the course materials they purchased.
  • ·If you violate these terms, the platform may suspend or terminate your account access without a refund.

6. Disclaimer

  • ·Course content is provided for educational and learning purposes only. We do not guarantee any learning outcome and are not liable for business decisions you make based on what you learn.
  • ·The platform is not liable for compensation for service interruptions caused by network outages or force majeure events.

7. Revisions to terms

  • ·We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and material changes will also be announced by email.
  • ·Continued use of this platform's services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
